Jeanine Bellamy is the principal of Wills & Estates Legal Service. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1984, having obtained degrees in Economics (Accounting) and Law. Jeanine has had extensive experience as a solicitor in general suburban practice including Wills and Estates, Conveyancing, general Litigation and Commercial law.
Jeanine’s keen interest and experience in Wills and Estates led her to undertake the Law Society’s program of Specialist Accreditation. This program involved practical assessments and an examination set by the Law Society. In 1996 Jeanine was certified as an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates. Jeanine is one of only two Accredited Specialists in Wills & Estates Law on the upper north shore of Sydney.
In 2018 and 2019 Jeanine was a Recommended Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide Best Lawyers NSW and in 2020 the firm was recognised as a Leading Wills & Estates Litigation Law Firm. Jeanine is also a full member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Emma Crosscombe is a current student at Macquarie University studying a Bachelor of Law and Arts with a major in social justice. In addition to her studies, she provides administrative support and undertakes paralegal responsibilities, gaining practical experience in the legal field.
Jane Turnbull previously worked as a speech pathologist, office manager and volunteer counsellor and currently capably provides the firm with administration assistance.
